Focused expertise

Digital strategy for the places where the business, customer, and technology meet.

The best answer is rarely “more marketing” or “new software” on its own. The work is understanding how the customer experience, sales process, systems, people, and technology affect one another—then identifying the next useful move.

Full-stack business thinking

Strategy and growth

Customer journeys, conversion opportunities, offer development, promotions, content priorities, and practical experimentation.

IT and implementation

Technical troubleshooting, systems administration, software implementation, domains, email, infrastructure, and integrations.

Marketing and sales

Local authority, social media, Meta advertising, reputation strategy, executive LinkedIn management, lead conversations, and follow-up systems.

Operations and process

Dashboards, trackers, reporting, pricing workflows, SOPs, workload visibility, and the small fixes that make work run better.

How I approach a problem

First, identify the gap: what is keeping people from finding, trusting, choosing, or efficiently serving the business? Then run the smallest useful experiment, watch what happens, and build on the work that earns its place. That approach makes decisions clearer and reduces expensive guesswork.

What I’m open to
